Just outside Aguascalientes city, with an industrial-style main building, an open-air patio and a cave. Spanish winemaker Aurelio García Herraíz works with gravity-fed grapes and long macerations. Its Sophie Blanco took gold at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, and it has a restaurant, E’lan.
